The stories behind Komerin Japan

Komerin Japan began with my late grandmother, my role model, who ran a small seaside BnB in rural Japan. It was a place where everyone felt seen, cared for, and truly at home. 10 years after her passing, I started Komerin Japan to carry on that spirit.Not through a guesthouse (yet!), but through soulful travel experiences and cross-cultural support that make people feel genuinely welcomed. Whether I’m planning a trip or helping a brand build relationships in Japan, my mission is to create experiences that are personal, respectful, and real... just like she did.
